Last night, after a pretty terrible idea to run in the cold rain, I made roasted cauliflower and sweet potatoes for dinner. Thank you Tracey for calling and talking me through the how-to. Seriously you guys, without a recipe, I'm lost in the kitchen.

Hmmm, how many times have I written that since starting this 25w25 project? To be honest, it wouldn't surprise me if I end up having to scramble the week of my birthday to finish the recipe list!
